Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in a glass or plastic container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
Fry gently with a splash of olive oil for 15 minutes to serve as a base for dishes with a totally natural flavour. You can also add chopped onion, garlic or herbs of your choice, such as basil or oregano, to the tomato base. Chopped, they are perfect for adding to cooking sauces, pasta dishes, etc.
