Ten steps to healthy eating

Eat a balanced and varied diet that is the right one for your needs (physical condition, physical activity, gender, age, etc.).

Try to eat 5 times a day. We are recommended to eat smaller amounts, more often.

Eat a full breakfast every day: 10-15 minutes is sufficient.

Eat everything in moderation, eating is healthy. There are no good or bad foods!

Limit your consumption of free sugars to less than 10% of your total calorie intake (50g).

Get moving! Lead an active life, walk at a brisk pace, walk up the stairs, etc.

Exercise regularly, about 3 days a week: run, ride a bike, swim, etc. for about 30 minutes.
