10 Good eating habits

    The following 10 eating habits will help you to have a healthy, balanced diet.

  • Protein intake should not be excessive. Try to eat fish and poultry.
  • We recommend the daily consumption of the following:
    • Fibre: 25 g of fibre
    • Vegetables: at least 2 portions of 150 g/day.
    • Fruit: at least 3 portions (each portion of 80-100 g)
  • It is extremely important to drink water throughout the day, at least 2 litres.
  • Do not miss any of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) so as to avoid the next meal being overly abundant.
  • The intake of fats should be moderate and the use of fats when cooking avoided as much as possible. It is also important to limit the use of salt.
  • Moderate consumption of sugar, items such as pastries, chocolate, snacks...
  • Avoid excessive consumption of fried, battered or stewed foods. Grill or boil preferably.
  • Chew thoroughly to guarantee good digestion.
  • Sit down at the table to eat, calmly and without distractions to aid the fullness reflex.
