10 Good eating habits

  1. The following 10 eating habits will help you to have a healthy, balanced diet.
  2. Protein intake should not be excessive. Try to eat fish and poultry.
  3. We recommend the daily consumption of the following:
    • Fibre: 25 g of fibre
    • Vegetables: at least 2 portions of 150 g/day
    • Fruit: at least 3 portions (each portion of 80-100 g)
  4. It is extremely important to drink water throughout the day, at least 2 litres.
  5. Do not miss any of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) so as to avoid the next meal being overly abundant.
  6. The intake of fats should be moderate and the use of fats when cooking avoided as much as possible. It is also important to limit the use of salt.
  7. Moderate consumption of sugar, items such as pastries, chocolate, snacks...
  8. Avoid excessive consumption of fried, battered or stewed foods. Grill or boil preferably.
  9. Chew thoroughly to guarantee good digestion.
  10. Sit down at the table to eat, calmly and without distractions to aid the fullness reflex.
