10 Good eating habits
- The following 10 eating habits will help you to have a healthy, balanced diet.
- Protein intake should not be excessive. Try to eat fish and poultry.
- We recommend the daily consumption of the following:
- Fibre: 25 g of fibre
- Vegetables: at least 2 portions of 150 g/day
- Fruit: at least 3 portions (each portion of 80-100 g)
- It is extremely important to drink water throughout the day, at least 2 litres.
- Do not miss any of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) so as to avoid the next meal being overly abundant.
- The intake of fats should be moderate and the use of fats when cooking avoided as much as possible. It is also important to limit the use of salt.
- Moderate consumption of sugar, items such as pastries, chocolate, snacks...
- Avoid excessive consumption of fried, battered or stewed foods. Grill or boil preferably.
- Chew thoroughly to guarantee good digestion.
- Sit down at the table to eat, calmly and without distractions to aid the fullness reflex.
